About the role

Role Overview

Fetch is hiring an experienced Senior Product Designer to join its Product Design team. The team is responsible for the full design craft across the Fetch app—from UX to creative direction and production—aiming to deliver a fun, indispensable experience for shoppers and partners.

This is a full-time role based in the United States, available from US offices or remotely.

What you’ll do

Lead design efforts that measurably improve people’s lives.
Work in a focused, balanced, startup-like environment with high ownership and significant impact.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering leads.
Lead design critiques with cross-functional stakeholders and peers.
By month 6: influence and make decisions within the team.
Build relationships across teams and explore/validate unknowns.

By month 3 (expectations)

Become deeply familiar with the Fetch app (use it in daily life).
Understand team focus, goals, and KPIs.
Develop strong working relationships with Product and Engineering leads.
Lead design critiques with cross-functional collaborators.

By month 6 (expectations)

Influence and help make team decisions.
Strengthen relationships outside your immediate team with key stakeholders and other cross-functional groups.
Investigate and drive progress on open questions/unknowns.
