Senior Product Designer

Role: Senior Product Designer (Sole Designer)

You will be the only design resource across Enertiv’s platform, leading end-to-end design for web, mobile, email, and system workflows. The goal is to turn complex operational, sustainability, and data workflows into clear, usable product experiences—so engineering ships faster and users gain real clarity.

What you’ll own

Product Design & Systems Thinking

• Design, validate, and iterate on UI across web, mobile, and email using Figma
• Model and design complex multi-role, multi-data workflows
• Create and maintain Enertiv’s design system for consistency across all surfaces
• Write clear, unambiguous design requirements (flows, logic, states, edge cases)

Research, Analytics & Data-Informed Design

• Use analytics tools like Mixpanel and Gong to understand user behavior and inform decisions
• Conduct research via user interviews and call recordings
• Use AI tools daily to compress design cycles (e.g., synthesize call recordings into insights, generate/iterate specs, and speed up prototyping)
• Complete onboarding design audits to identify improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ownership

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales on requirements and priorities
• Take ownership of outcomes, not just design deliverables

AI-Accelerated Workflows

• Turn Gong call recordings and support tickets into actionable design opportunities
• Use Figma AI, Claude, and LLM-assisted workflows to accelerate specs and reduce cycle time
• Build a repeatable AI-augmented design process for specs, research synthesis, and iteration

Success metrics

• Interfaces are clear, complete, and implementable with minimal engineer clarification
• Measurable improvement in task success and feature adoption
• Design specs are ready for engineering within 1 sprint of feature kickoff
• Engineering handoffs are frictionless with near-zero back-and-forth

• Ability to deliver implementable design specs and drive quality
• Genuine interest in sustainability and decarbonization
