Senior Product Designer

Role overview

Join DISCO as a Senior Product Designer to lead and elevate product experiences. You’ll shape thoughtful end-to-end workflows and drive actionable outcomes for users and overall product success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth user research to understand needs, pain points, and user behaviors, and share insights with the team.
• Create high-quality wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Lead complex design projects from conception to delivery, aligning design strategy and vision with cross-functional teams.
• Design AI-empowered workflows and product experiences, collaborating across teams to bring them to life.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product design experience delivering user-centered solutions.
• Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to communicate and present design concepts, rationale, and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Familiarity with using AI in the design workflow (ideation, synthesis, prototyping, content generation, exploration) and good judgment on when human validation is needed.
• Experience with design systems and maintaining design libraries.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, frame complex workflows, and connect feature-level decisions to broader patterns.
• Proficient in Figma or Sketch.
• Strong visual design skills (typography, color, layout) and deep knowledge of user-centered design and information architecture.
• Experience designing for complex enterprise-level B2B or B2C applications.
• Understanding of trust, transparency, and human-centered interaction in AI-enabled products.
• Willingness for all employees to proactively adopt and responsibly use AI tools to improve outcomes.

• Experience designing AI-empowered product experiences and/or products incorporating machine learning, intelligent assistance, or advanced automation.
