About the role
Role Overview
Join Social Discovery Group as a Senior Product Designer for B2C social discovery products.
Main Responsibilities
- Data collection, analysis, and research:
- Gather and analyze business/product data to identify improvement areas
- Evaluate business processes and run research (e.g., surveys) to pinpoint issues
- Requirements gathering and documentation:
- Collect and refine requirements with stakeholders
- Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department
- Present findings and recommendations:
- Present insights to senior managers and executives
- Produce written reports summarizing analyses
- Implementation support:
- Guide and train teams to implement recommended changes
- Measure impact after changes using data
- Collaboration with development teams:
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications
- Evaluation and continuous improvement:
- Monitor and improve design performance via user feedback, analytics, and other data sources
- UI/UX and interaction design:
- Create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes (e.g., in Figma)
- Visual design and consistency:
- Maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across products
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer working with product teams on B2C products
- Ability to use product metrics and UX metrics to drive decisions
- Strong design and technical documentation skills
- Familiarity with User Research methods (qualitative and quantitative), including:
- Interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B testing
- Experience with Figma, Jira, and Confluence
- Self-starter who takes ownership with limited oversight
