About the role

Role overview

As a Senior Product Designer at CrowdRiff, you will own a product area end-to-end, partnering closely with a Product Manager (PM) and an engineering team. You’ll solve complex design problems, help introduce AI-powered features, and work toward unifying a platform that spans multiple workflows and users.

Key missions

Own a product area end-to-end in close collaboration with PM and engineering
Use AI tools throughout your workflow to:
- synthesize research
- generate initial concepts
- prototype solutions quickly
Communicate design decisions clearly with stakeholders, including product, engineering, and leadership

Requirements

Strong workflow thinking: spot conceptual gaps and edge cases early
Product judgment: know when to go deep vs. move fast; make sound tradeoffs
Comfortable working in ambiguity, building structure where it doesn’t exist yet
Portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking and clear design rationale
Experience leading design for a major product area, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
Strong foundations in UX, information architecture, and interaction design
Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, or similar) to build something you wouldn’t have attempted before
Ability to close the gap between design and the final product

B2B SaaS experience
Familiarity with AI + design tooling mentioned (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Figma/other prototyping tools)
