Join CrowdRiff, a leading software company for destination marketers. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own a product area end-to-end, working closely with a PM and engineering team. You will tackle complex design challenges, introduce AI-powered features, and unify a platform that touches multiple workflows and user types. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the product and the industry. You know when to go deep, when to move fast, and how to make the right tradeoffs - Comfort navigating ambiguity and the ability to build structure where it doesn't yet exist - A portfolio that demonstrates product thinking and clear design rationale across end-to-end projects - Experience leading design for a major product area, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints - B2B SaaS experience is a strong asset - Strong foundations in UX, information architecture, and interaction design - You've used AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Figma Make, Paper, or others) to build something you wouldn't have attempted before - You've found yourself closing the gap between design and the final product, and you're excited by where that's going - You've operated where the problem wasn't handed to you, and that felt like an opportunity - You have opinions about what something should feel like, and you can articulate why
