Senior Product Designer

Role overview

Join Craft.co’s growing design team as a Senior Product Designer. You will lead product design for a new AI research agent product, partnering with cross-functional teams and advocating for users throughout the design process.

Key missions

• Lead end-to-end product design for the AI research agent, including discovery-to-delivery collaboration.
• Work directly with customers to understand their workflow needs and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
• Design and implement functional, beautiful, scalable interfaces.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery to delivery; continuously advocate for users.

What you’ll bring

• Strong teamwork, facilitation skills, and ability to drive decisions from diverse input.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication, including the ability to have technical conversations with Engineering.
• “Full-stack designer” capability across user research & discovery, wireframing, UX/UI design, and prototyping.
• Detail-oriented mindset to uncover needs, requirements, and edge cases.
• Experience with complex analytical user workflows and complicated data sets.
• Experience designing intuitive software products users love.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks and design tools, especially Figma.
• Strong customer empathy and willingness to bring users into the conversation early.

Experience requirements

• 4+ years as a Product Designer in enterprise software and/or AI.
