Role overview
Join Bubble as a Senior Product Designer (Core). You’ll own end-to-end design outcomes for substantial parts of Bubble’s Core editor experience—helping builders create, edit, and ship applications.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design and outcomes for key parts of the Bubble editor and core platform (from problem discovery through shipped experience and iteration).
- Lead complex design projects within the Core product areas, setting goals and tying work to user and business metrics.
- Turn ambiguity into decisions: define problem statements, generate options/recommendations, and help the team choose the right bets.
- Partner closely with PM and engineering as a design thought partner to shape scope/milestones, surface risks early, and advocate for appropriate trade-offs.
- Proactively identify UX issues using data, research, support tickets, and community input.
Core team focus areas
- Improve editor usability and learning curve (more intuitive UX)
- Integrate AI natively in the editor with contextual guidance
- Add editor functionality enabling robust AI and mobile app creation
