About the role

Role Overview

Join FACEIT as a Senior Product Designer (Contract) for a 6-month engagement covering maternity leave. You’ll design key product areas spanning ads and brand partnerships as well as player rewards and gamification systems, working with cross-functional teams to create engaging experiences for millions of players and fans.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for ads and brand partnerships, balancing commercial objectives with a seamless user experience
Drive design for rewards systems and gamification to increase player progression, engagement, and retention
Champion user understanding through user research focused on user flows and pain points
Produce, test, and iterate on high-quality designs (including prototyping and usability testing)
Deliver visual design and contribute to the design system
Partner with cross-functional teams to bring engaging experiences to life

Requirements

5+ years experience designing digital products
Expert-level Figma experience
Strong portfolio showing complex, end-to-end product design work
Proven experience working with and contributing to design systems

Nice to Have

Passionate about or familiar with competitive gaming and esports
