Senior Product Designer (Contract - AI & Design Systems)

Role Overview

Contract AI UI/UX Designer at Pinecrest Group (Remote, 2–4 months). This is a technical, system-building design role focused on creating reusable patterns, templates, components, and AI-ready design guidance—not traditional visual polish.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable Figma components and reference patterns
• Create templates for dashboards, workflows, documentation, and internal tools
• Develop AI-ready design standards, including prompts and review criteria
• Help establish and scale a design system to improve consistency and quality across generated deliverables (e.g., internal tools, workflows, runbooks, HTML outputs)

Requirements

• Strong UI/UX experience in SaaS/B2B, dashboards, internal tools, or operational software
• Advanced Figma skills (components, variants, and design systems)
• Experience working with AI-assisted product/design workflows
• Understanding of HTML/CSS, component libraries, design tokens, and implementation constraints
• Strong written communication skills

Contract Details

• Remote (open globally)
• 2–4 month engagement
• Up to 10 hours/week
• Short paid design exercise as part of the interview process
