About the role
Role Overview
Senior Product Designer (100% Remote, contract) joining a small team to lead the design process from ideation through implementation across multiple products.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design work from ideation to implementation
- Conduct user research
- Create wireframes and prototypes
- Produce design documentation
- Ensure design consistency across multiple products
- Perform usability testing
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience (preferably in insurance or financial services)
- Demonstrated ability to lead design projects from ideation to implementation
- Strong user research expertise
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing
- Bachelor’s degree
- Portfolio showcasing product design work
Nice-to-haves
- Insurance industry experience
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Pendo, Google Gemini, Miro, Asana (or similar)
