As a Senior Product Designer, you'll shape the future of enterprise legal teams by designing end-to-end experiences for complex legal workflows. You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, conduct user research, and advocate for enterprise law firm users. With a focus on user-centered design, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how lawyers serve their clients. Key missions: Design end-to-end experiences for enterprise legal workflows, including matter management, task tracking, resource planning, and operational reporting.. Conduct user research interviews, usability testing, and analysis to deepen your understanding of how enterprise legal teams operate.. Advocate for enterprise law firm users by deeply understanding how they manage and deliver legal work at scale. Profile: - A keen interest in improving your craft using AI - Experience designing complex workflow or operational products used by professional teams - Experience with design systems - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile product development environment - Experience working on complex projects or systems - 6+ years of experience in product design. SaaS or enterprise experience is preferred - Experience with modern design tools (Figma, Figma Make) and willingness to adopt new tools as needed - Proficiency in user research methodologies and the ability to translate findings into actionable design insights - Strong understanding of interaction design principles, usability, visual design, and accessibility - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills - A track record of successfully shipping products that solve customer problems and move company metrics - Experience designing for enterprise or regulated industries (legal, healthcare, finance) - Familiarity with legal matter management, case management, or practice management platforms - Experience designing AI-assisted workflow, automation, or task management features
