Profile: - This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in complexity, turns data-heavy workflows into intuitive systems, and is energized by meaningful ownership - Strong product judgment and the ability to articulate clear reasoning behind decisions - Comfort navigating ambiguity and taking initiative within large problem spaces - Proficiency in Figma and modern design collaboration tools - Experience leading complex product work involving structured data, systems, or platform experiences - Expertise across UX, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping - A track record of independently driving meaningful work to high-quality outcomes - 7+ years designing digital products, ideally B2B SaaS or enterprise software - Strong written and verbal communication skills
