Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

Senior Product Designer on BRG/Second Sight Solutions’ Product Design team. You will lead design of new and evolving platforms, shaping end-to-end experiences for complex, data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into user flows, iterating through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed UI design specifications for development.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design practices within a more agile and efficient process.
• Lead, coach, and engage the design team to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Represent the voice of the customer; advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Present design work and insights to cross-functional partners; guide decisions and elevate overall design standards.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a relevant field.
• 5+ years experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean design and a clear process.
• Experience with UX, Visual Design, or Information Architecture (IA) in multi-disciplinary teams (tech + design).
• Ability to support other designers through design pairing, critiques, and modeling best practices.
• Proficient with tools such as Figma and prototyping/design suites (e.g., InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin).
• Strong problem solving and analysis; excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous conditions and collaborating with remote teams.

Additional Notes

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Salary Range: $140,000 – $185,000 (annual).
