Role overview
As a Senior Product Designer at Bitstack, you will lead end-to-end product design initiatives and collaborate closely with engineering and product managers. You’ll help set the bar for design quality, culture, and craft across the product organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives end-to-end, from idea through to polished delivery.
- Partner closely with engineering, customer service, and compliance teams to deliver impactful projects.
- Create high-quality mockups, prototypes, and visuals, with strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Experience leading product design initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated craft in creating mockups/prototypes/visual designs with exceptional detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Background designing in regulated environments (e.g., compliance-heavy domains).
- Experience working in fintech/crypto product contexts.
