Senior Product Designer

Role overview

As a Senior Product Designer on the Registry team, you’ll own the end-to-end experience that helps expecting parents create, manage, and share registries and makes gifting easy for friends and family. This is a high-impact area spanning both sides of the marketplace.

What you’ll do

• Design across web and native mobile (iOS/Android), shaping multi-step flows with strong usability, clarity, and trust
• Move between concepting and refining shipped experiences
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, make tradeoffs, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Work on end-to-end journeys and core flow improvements for high-traffic surfaces
• Use Figma to tighten interaction details, review builds, and verify shipped work matches intent
• Work within and extend the design system, adding scalable patterns and reusable components

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience on consumer-facing products with complex, multi-step user flows (e.g., marketplaces, e-commerce, lifecycle products)
• Strong portfolio showing native mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive web design with clear ownership and shipped outcomes
• Expert Figma skills: high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and scalable component systems
• Proven ability to design end-to-end journeys, especially flows with multiple actors/states
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and turning loosely defined problems into clear, testable design directions
• Deep collaboration with Product and Engineering (tradeoffs, design reviews, and implementation QA)
• Hands-on experience with lightweight research (e.g., usability testing, prototype validation, rapid feedback loops)
• Working knowledge of design systems and contributing reusable components
