Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

Join Ashby as a Senior Product Designer to help rethink how modern software is designed. You’ll work across design, product management, consulting, and design systems—often blending these responsibilities depending on the project.

How You’ll Work

• Product teams are typically PM + Designer + 4–5 engineers.
• Teams follow a more principled, product-led approach: designers may design as needed, or sometimes effectively own a project end-to-end when that’s the most appropriate way to drive outcomes.
• The design team’s goal is to equip the whole product team to make better design decisions, while also tackling the biggest design challenges.

What You’re Building

Ashby’s hiring platform helps talent teams identify great candidates and move them quickly while delivering an excellent candidate experience. For example, the product addresses complex recruiter coordination tasks like interview scheduling, load balancing across interviewers, and last-minute adjustments.
