Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Arbor Education, you will shape the product experience by creating intuitive, user-centered designs that positively impact schools.

Key Missions

• Collaborate closely with product teams to define problems, generate hypotheses, and validate solutions.
• Develop and maintain deep understanding of user needs, business goals, and the education sector.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze user research (quantitative and qualitative) to drive data-based design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design effective user interfaces aligned with user and business needs.
• Conduct user research and translate findings into product design outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in user-centered/product design.
• Experience running quantitative and qualitative user research and using results to guide design decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with product teams and understand education-domain context.
