Role overview

Join Amplemarket as a Senior Product Designer working directly with the founding team to design core features and experiences for a sales tool.

Responsibilities

Shape product strategy and make key decisions on visual direction and user experience
Lead design projects, including participating in critiques
Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for new features
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation
Help build a design-focused culture within the product team

Requirements

Several years of experience designing software in a product-focused environment
Strong visual communication skills and proven ability to create prototypes
Track record shipping excellent design in a fast-paced environment
Proven collaboration with product teams
Based in GMT-3 to GMT+3 timezones
Experience with design systems
Strong attention to detail and passion for the craft

Nice to have

Experience with coding/technical tools (e.g., VSCode, GitHub) and AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor)
Experience bridging AI capabilities and human intent in UX

Location / work mode

Full remote (GMT-3 to GMT+3)
