Senior Product Designer (Agentic AI Applications)

Role Overview

Join Zeta Global as a Senior Product Designer (Agentic AI Applications). You’ll bridge design and engineering to define the foundation of Zeta’s next-generation Marketing Operating System—the Zeta Developer Platform. This is a high-ownership, foundational role that shapes agentic and vertical apps infrastructure.

Key Missions

• Conceive and architect the framework for Agentic applications powering the Zeta Developer Platform
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define strategy, scope, and execution for agentic app experiences
• Mentor designers: review work, challenge assumptions, and raise overall design quality

Responsibilities

• Lead foundational/platform-level design work that scales across teams and workflows
• Drive end-to-end design craft across UX, visual design, interaction, and motion
• Use prototyping (low/high fidelity; coded or no-code) with engineers to explore and validate ideas
• Provide design leadership without formal authority via clarity, critique, documentation, and example-setting

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product design experience (B2B, SaaS, or AI-driven products strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to partner closely with Product and Engineering in fast-paced environments
• Strong product thinking: articulate problem → user job → system behavior → outcome
• Comfort designing flows where intent matters more than screens; know when not to add UI
• Strong motion and micro-interaction design for AI states (e.g., loading → ready, generating → refining, success/failure/partial results) to reduce perceived latency
• Proven systems/platform design expertise, including scalable foundations in Figma (structured libraries, reusable patterns)
• Design leadership without authority and influence through documentation and critique
• Strong AI & agentic design fluency (experience using AI tools to inform and accelerate design; experiences shaped by models/context/automation)
• High autonomy: take a fuzzy problem to clarity and own an area end-to-end

Nice-to-Haves / Tools

• Familiarity with Storybook and React/Next.js
• Experience with animation/motion tooling such as Rive, Motion.dev, Framer Motion, GSAP, or D3
• Comfort with technical collaboration and constraints
