Senior Product Designer, Ads Measurement

Role overview

Senior Product Designer focused on Ads Measurement at Reddit. You’ll help shape systems and product experiences that enable advertisers to send, understand, and act on performance data across Reddit’s ads ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Identify non-obvious opportunities to improve Reddit’s ads platform and ad experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and cross-functional partners to understand:
  • user needs
  • business goals
  • technical constraints
• Translate complex problems into elegant, scalable, intuitive product experiences.
• Drive design from early concepts and systems thinking through detailed workflows and polished delivery.
• Build alignment across diverse teams using strong exploration, storytelling, communication, and presentation.

Measurement areas you’ll work on

• Pixel
• Conversions API
• Partner integrations
• Signal quality
• Attribution
• Measurement workflows that improve advertiser outcomes

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of UX/UI product design experience with a strong portfolio for web and mobile.
• Ability to navigate complexity, bring clarity to ambiguity, and simplify complicated workflows.
• Proven track record partnering with product stakeholders and delivering direct product impact.
• Strong communication skills working with cross-functional partners.
• Humble, curious, and motivated to ship.
• Strong written and presentation skills; able to tell compelling stories and bring others along.

Nice to have

• Experience in ads or consumer social products.
