Profile: - 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products - Experience in contributing to or building scalable design systems - A collaborative spirit that positively contributes to team culture - Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions and tradeoffs - Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality products - Proven ability to own product areas from problem definition through shipped solutions - Ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly evolving product requirements - Strong product thinking and UX fundamentals, with a knack for simplifying complex problems - Experience working on early-stage or fast-growing product teams - Experience designing for users with varying levels of financial literacy - Experience designing financial products or fintech experiences
