Role Overview

Join Abridge as a Senior Product Designer to shape the product experience and champion design excellence. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex clinical workflows into intuitive, user-centered solutions.

Key Missions

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand clinical workflows and design user-centered solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end design execution, from prototyping new ideas to refining existing features.
  • Advocate for design excellence throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring design decisions are grounded in user needs.

Requirements

  • High craft bar and strong attention to detail; ability to inspire others.
  • Proven track record leading significant design initiatives from concept to launch with measurable impact on UX and business outcomes.
  • 5–7+ years of experience shipping impactful product design in complex domains.
  • Exceptional communication/presentation/storytelling skills to explain design rationale and influence stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, low-ego mindset with eagerness to learn, teach, and grow in a fast-paced team.

Nice to Have

  • AI experience.
  • Experience with consumer mobile and enterprise product contexts.
  • Experience designing AI/ML products.
