Role overview

As a Senior Product Designer 2 at The Farmer’s Dog, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products that help potential customers discover, understand, and become customers. This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of growth strategy, customer behavior, and digital product design.

Responsibilities

• Create seamless, personalized, and high-converting experiences across digital touchpoints.
• Partner with Growth Marketing, Engineering, Data, and CX to:
  • Identify opportunities
  • Test hypotheses
  • Launch high-impact programs that improve conversion rates and support sustainable customer growth.
• Define and evolve an acquisition journey that provides clarity, confidence, and joy to prospective customers.
• Design to reinforce the company’s mission and brand while driving measurable business growth.
• Adopt a collaborative, customer-problem-first approach (working together across functions and iterating quickly based on customer/lead insights).

Requirements

• Experience owning product design vision, strategy, and execution.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with growth, engineering, data, and customer experience teams.
• Strong focus on customer journeys and understanding how digital interactions connect end-to-end.
• Comfort using customer/behavior insights to test hypotheses and improve conversion.
