Key missions: Lead analytics initiatives end-to-end, including sizing opportunities, designing and analyzing experiments, and providing actionable insights.. Build and maintain user-friendly dashboards in Periscope and other BI tools, enabling self-serve access and improving visibility into product and business performance.. Identify and deliver opportunities for automation and process improvement in the analytics pipeline, and regularly audit and improve data quality and integrity. Profile: - You excel at understanding business objectives, identifying data and analytical needs, and providing consultative support to guide decision-making - Proven ability to work independently and collaborate well with different teams, with minimal guidance - Experience with experimentation in a product-driven setting and in developing analytics capabilities and tooling - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities - Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for explaining complex ideas clearly and effectively - Proficiency in SQL to query large datasets. Experience working with clickstream event data is preferred - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights - 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science or business intelligence roles, preferably within a SAAS environment - Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms and visualization tools like Goolge BigQuery, Looker, Tableau
