About the role

Senior Product Analyst (Full Remote)

Join Age of Learning to help drive the success of consumer products such as ABCmouse and Adventure Academy.

Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze A/B tests to inform product launch and iteration decisions.
  • Run deep-dive exploratory analyses and apply statistical/data science methods to understand and predict key customer behaviors.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve data tools so Product Managers and business partners can explore metrics independently.
  • Establish and refine KPIs to guide product iteration and define success.
  • Translate complex analyses into actionable insights and communicate results to a broad set of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product analytics, data analytics, or related roles supporting large-scale digital products.
  • Strong experimentation experience: designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Ability to perform statistical analysis and create visualizations using R or Python.
  • Strong exploratory data analysis skills and the ability to clarify ambiguous questions.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency for large datasets.
  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, applied math, data science, economics, computer science).

Nice to have

  • Experience in games, edtech, or subscription-based businesses.
  • dbt or other data transformation/modeling experience.
  • Extensive experience with BI tools such as Omni, Looker, or Lightdash.
