Senior Producer (d/f/m)

Role Overview

Senior Producer responsible for leading end-to-end production across channels—turning creative ideas into high-quality output on time and on budget while optimizing workflows with emerging technologies (especially AI).

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams and external partners across the full production lifecycle
• Plan, manage, and oversee production and post-production processes, teams, workflows, and deliverables
• Manage production budgets and ensure cost targets are met
• Continuously optimize production processes to improve efficiency, workflows, and costs
• Ensure seamless delivery of production assets across all channels
• Build effective relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, external service providers, and production partners
• Explore, evaluate, and integrate new AI tools and emerging technologies into production workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of production experience (ideally advertising, film production, or creative agency)
• Proven experience managing productions, budgets, and complex workflows
• Strong experience optimizing production and post-production processes
• Strategic mindset with strong organizational and project management skills
• Understanding of creative processes and ability to translate ideas into efficient production solutions
• Ongoing engagement with AI and emerging production technologies with practical application in daily work
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
