About the role

Role Overview

Join ServiceNow as a Senior Principal Inbound Product Manager for RaptorDB, a multi-modal data platform. You will set product strategy and roadmap, partner with engineering to drive execution, and work directly with customers to shape the platform direction.

Key Missions

  • Define the product direction and strategy for RaptorDB’s analytical modality, including:
    • Medallion computing levels
    • Query engines
    • Unstructured data pipelines
  • Collaborate with customers, researchers, architects, and engineering teams to develop and validate innovative product ideas.
  • Prioritize features that deliver on targeted use cases.
  • Act as the primary voice of the product with ServiceNow field teams and enterprise customers, translating analytical requirements into inputs for the platform roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for analytical capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering on architecture, performance, scale, and technical tradeoffs.
  • Communicate product vision and strategy to executives and customers.
  • Lead customer engagement to inform platform evolution.
  • Consider and shape how AI can be integrated into workflows, decision-making, automation, and AI-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent technical experience (e.g., software development or SRE) shipping enterprise software.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and a track record of building solutions based on customer needs.
  • Experience across analytics, AI/ML, data processing, and business intelligence ecosystems.
  • Ability to deeply engage with engineering teams on technical topics (architecture/performance/scale) and communicate strategy to executives and customers.
  • Experience partnering with enterprise customers and field organizations to shape strategy and roadmap.
  • Strong prioritization discipline focused on high-impact initiatives.
  • Domain expertise in enterprise databases, analytical platforms, or distributed data systems.

Nice-to-Haves / Platform Exposure

Experience with one or more analytics/data platforms such as:

  • Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Teradata, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce Data Cloud.
