Senior/Principal Digital Product Designer (m/w/d)

Role Overview

As a Senior/Principal Digital Product Designer at epilot, you take end-to-end design ownership for the company’s consumer-focused product areas. You shape the product and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams while building the long-term vision for key parts of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end for consumer-focused areas, including end-customer needs.
• Create and evolve UI design across the product.
• Develop a long-term design vision for specific product areas.
• Lead and support less experienced designers.
• Drive design maturity within your product area.

Requirements

• Strong experience in digital product design with a focus on UI design.
• Ability to take holistic design responsibility and define long-term product direction.
• Proven capability to mentor/support designers and improve design maturity.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in consumer-centric and SaaS environments (implied by the product context).
