Senior PM / PO (Web Agency Experience Only)

Role Overview

Join code.store as a Senior Project Manager / Product Owner. You will drive projects from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment between client needs, business goals, and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects end-to-end (discovery → delivery), aligning requirements with client and business objectives.
• Structure, challenge, and refine requirements; define clear scope and create precise specifications.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and risks throughout delivery.
• Maintain strong client communication and relationships.
• Work cross-functionally with developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to presales activities and proposal structuring (including task structuring and estimates).
• Continuously improve project practices and team collaboration (backlog refinement, delivery workflow).

Requirements

• 7–10+ years experience as Project Manager / Product Owner.
• C1 English and C1 French mandatory; comfortable leading client conversations in both languages.
• Background in IT / Computer Science or related fields.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and client expectations.
• Educational background in IT, Computer Science, Web, Databases, or Data Analysis.

Nice-to-Haves

• Certifications in IT/project management, e.g. Scrum (PSPO1/PSM1), PMP, ITIL.
• Experience using frameworks such as Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, LeSS, SAFe.
• Web/tech ecosystem experience: WordPress, PrestaShop, Drupal, Magento.
• Familiarity with SaaS tools, SEO, accessibility, APIs, and performance tooling.
