Role overview

Join Lillio as a Senior Platform Engineer (full remote). You’ll lead efforts to scale and improve infrastructure, developer experience, and observability, while driving technical decisions and mentoring peers.

Technical leadership for long-term scalability across:
- Infrastructure-as-Code
- CI/CD pipelines
- Platform architecture
Operational excellence:
- Ensure system reliability and performance
Team enablement:
- Mentor peers and support them via compassionate code review
- Contribute to internal tooling

Requirements

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years of software engineering/devops experience at scale
Strong collaboration and independence/self-starter mindset
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends
