Join Twilio as a Senior People Technology Analyst (Talent Acquisition). In this role, you will gather requirements, design solutions, test functionalities, and provide configuration support across the recruit-to-hire employee lifecycle. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Technology, and business stakeholders to drive efficient and user-friendly technology solutions that support global hiring. You will also analyze existing talent acquisition systems and workflows, configure and implement solutions, manage testing activities, and provide post-implementation support. Key missions: Gather requirements, design solutions, test functionalities, and provide configuration support across the recruit-to-hire employee lifecycle.. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Technology, and business stakeholders to drive efficient and user-friendly technology solutions that support global hiring.. Analyze existing talent acquisition systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and fraud prevention. Profile: - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Deep knowledge of HR processes strictly related to recruitment, candidate lifecycle management, sourcing strategies, and pre-hire compliance - Strong expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including standard business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, data modeling, process mapping, UAT execution, and documentation - Experience with configuration, testing, and implementation of HR technology systems - Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing effectively with both technical and non-technical TA stakeholders - 5+ years of experience in HR technology/business systems analysis with a heavy focus on Talent Acquisition applications - Experience working with internal and external audit teams and understanding of SOX controls to support recurring audit requests and walkthroughs - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred - Proven expertise and experience supporting core recruitment systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Workday, HackerRank, LinkedIn, HireRight, and candidate fraud platforms - Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply.
