About the role
Role overview
As a Senior Partner Talent & Success Specialist at ServiceNow, you will drive partner success and practice building outcomes for 8–10 focus partners. You act as the primary contact for practice development and partner escalations, ensuring measurable improvements across sales, pre-sales, delivery, and customer success.
Key responsibilities
- Own partner success lifecycle and practice outcomes for 8–10 strategic partners.
- Complete Partner Success Reviews and guide partners through:
- PLA validation
- Achieving required specializations
- Design practice building plans aligning partner capabilities with GTM/RTM priorities and customer success outcomes.
- Serve as the main escalation point; make judgment calls on enablement priorities and intervention approaches.
- Support partners in building excellence in sales, delivery, and customer success.
- Assess practice capabilities and formulate plans to improve ecosystem quality.
- Independently design practice building strategies within EMEA frameworks.
- Recommend adjustments to partner engagement categories based on performance and growth commitment.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across partner organizations and internal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in partner success, practice development, customer success, or channel enablement (or Master’s + 3+ years).
- Deep understanding of the multi-phase partner talent & success lifecycle (from preparation through strategy iteration).
- Expert ability working with partner success tooling, including 360 Dashboard and PLA Heatmap.
- Strong grasp of how practice excellence drives customer success and revenue growth.
- Competent in partner success management and practice building methodologies.
- Experience with Practice Level Agreements (PLAs), specialization requirements, and partner validation processes.
- Proven track record improving deployment quality and customer satisfaction.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across partner and internal organizations.

- Experience leveraging or critically evaluating how to integrate AI into workflows, decision-making, automation, or insight analysis.
