About the role

Role Overview

Senior Oracle Cloud Architect (full-time, remote) acting as the OCI subject matter expert (SME). You will lead high-visibility design and migration efforts, building enterprise solution architectures and overseeing integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities

Migrate applications to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Serve as the SME for OCI
Design and implement OCI solutions and comprehensive solution architectures
Oversee integration between OCI and existing systems/infrastructure (cloud and on-prem)
Provide enterprise-level cloud architecture frameworks (scalable and secure)

Requirements

10+ years hands-on experience in cloud migrations and cloud operations
Minimum 6 years of hands-on OCI experience
Strong experience migrating to OCI from on-premises and/or other cloud providers
Proven cloud architecture expertise with scalable, secure Oracle Cloud solutions
Strong knowledge of infrastructure and integration across cloud-based and on-prem systems
Deep understanding of cloud architecture and ability to design enterprise-level frameworks
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident (Green Card) required (government contract)

Nice to Have

Certified Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Migration Architect Professional
Oracle Cloud certifications and prior consulting domain experience
Strong preference for consulting experience and Oracle migration leadership
