About the role
Role overview
SeatGeek is hiring a Senior Mobile Engineer, iOS to join the Fandom team. You’ll help define what iOS mobile experience looks like across the industry and drive continuous improvements to the SeatGeek app.
What you’ll do
- Help define what “mobile” means for the entire ticketing industry
- Continuously improve mobile application architecture
- Own development of new features end-to-end: conception → design → development → release
- Partner with and mentor/learn from other iOS engineers and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with design to set new standards for iOS app beauty and usability
What you have
- 5+ years of experience building iOS apps
- Strong proficiency with Swift and SwiftUI
- Enjoyment for taking on responsibility and seeing large projects through to completion
- Experience delivering production code shipped via the App Store
- Strong attention to UI/UX details (e.g., pixels) and quality implementation
- Comfort making architecture decisions and strong best practices
- Interest in adjacent mobile ecosystems (e.g., Python for API development and Kotlin for Android)
- Preference for candidates who have delivered production code in both Swift and Kotlin
