Join our Marketing Analytics team as a Senior Marketing Data Analyst. Your mission will be to transform data into strategies that fuel growth. You will apply advanced analytics and AI to influence customer lifetime value (CLV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and revenue outcomes. You will design and improve measurement frameworks, apply advanced statistical techniques, and partner closely with various teams to ensure data quality and model accuracy. You will also translate analytical findings into compelling narratives and communicate insights clearly to drive alignment across stakeholders. Key missions: Transform data into strategies that fuel growth by applying advanced analytics and AI to influence customer lifetime value (CLV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and revenue outcomes.. Design, run, and improve measurement frameworks, using insights to drive test-and-learn plans and guide strategic decisions on budgeting, channel mix, and retention.. Translate analytical findings into compelling narratives, dashboards, notebooks, decks, and recommendations that drive decisions across Marketing. Profile: - Hands-on expertise in statistical modeling and machine learning (e.g. regression, Bayesian methods, classification, clustering, forecasting), with experience in causal inference and experimentation design applied to marketing use cases such as CLV prediction, demand forecasting and pricing elasticity models - Hands-on with attribution models, MMM, incrementality testing and campaign performance analysis across digital paid channels (search, social, programmatic) and CRM. Exposure to offline/brand measurement (TV, CTV, podcast) is beneficial - Advanced SQL for data manipulation, Python for statistical analysis and predictive modeling, experience with dbt for data modeling and Looker (or similar BI tools) for dashboarding and reporting - Practical experience applying AI-driven solutions such as prototyping with LLMs (e.g. Claude Code, Gemini CLI), automating workflows (e.g. LangChain, n8n), using AI-powered IDEs (e.g. Cursor) to accelerate coding and analysis, or enhancing marketing analytics processes - Proactive, outcome-driven, and comfortable owning analyses from data pipeline to business recommendation that drives measurable business impact - Strong ability to extract insights and connect them to CAC, CLV, and retention outcomes, guiding acquisition and retention strategies - 2+ years in Marketing Analytics and Data Modeling, ideally in B2C acquisition and retention - Skilled at distilling complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with experience influencing senior leaders - Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role?
