Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

Role Overview

Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at S&S Activewear. This fully remote, national-scope leadership role will build and evolve the Talent Acquisition function during a pivotal period of growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution across corporate, field, and distribution center operations.
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team through coaching, feedback, and servant leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to understand talent priorities and business needs.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Apply an AI-driven, data-centric approach to improve quality, speed, and decision-making.
• Leverage Workday Recruiting and emerging technologies to enhance candidate and hiring-manager experiences.
• Develop recruiting dashboards and analytics; use workforce data to identify trends and anticipate challenges.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and shape workforce strategies supporting long-term growth.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale recruiting functions and strategies.
• Experience improving recruiting processes and using analytics/data to drive decisions.
• Strong leadership/mentoring skills for building high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting and interest in AI-enabled recruiting insights.

• Experience building candidate-centered, inclusive hiring experiences.
• Background in using workforce data/analytics for forecasting and proactive workforce planning.
