Role Overview
As Senior Manager, Strategic Launch at Miter, you will lead a team of Strategic Launch Managers, oversee complex customer implementations, and help shape Miter’s implementation model.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Strategic Launch Managers responsible for delivering complex customer implementations.
- Set and standardize what “great” looks like on strategic accounts, from kickoff through go-live, and coach the team to consistently meet that bar.
- Own escalation resolution on strategic accounts and act as the senior point of contact for customers when issues get difficult.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing implementation teams.
- Proven ability to build repeatable processes.
- Exceptional communication skills.
