Key Missions

  • Own the full product lifecycle for FP&A Planning processes.
  • Serve as the domain expert for FP&A processes and underlying technology platforms.
  • Drive technology strategy and delivery, with focus on Workday Adaptive Planning.

  • Evaluate and influence AI/automation adoption within FP&A workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and set milestones across multiple related projects, including a 1–2 year prioritized roadmap.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from engineering teams to C-suite.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management with ownership of complex product areas across domains such as Accounting & Reporting, Planning, Procurement, and Agentics/AI.
  • Strong experience with the Workday Platform and/or Workday Adaptive Planning (or equivalent enterprise SaaS/ERP ecosystems).

  • Strong analytical mindset: define success metrics and use data/analytics across multiple data sources.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across many cross-functional partners.

Nice to Have
