Role Overview

Join Coinbase as a Senior Manager of Recruiting within the Core Recruiting function in People Success. You will lead a team of core recruiters, partner with senior leaders across departments, and drive hiring operational rigor, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of core recruiters by setting clear expectations for performance, pipeline quality, and hiring outcomes.
Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
Improve the hiring process by analyzing recruiting pipeline data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing changes to increase speed and quality of hire.

Requirements

Proven experience building, coaching, and scaling high-performing recruiting teams in fast-paced technology environments.
Data-driven approach to pipeline management; translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations.
10+ years of recruiting experience across the full cycle: talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
3+ years leading and developing recruiting teams.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience using generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Track record of partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning.
