Senior Manager of Product Marketing (FinTech)

Role overview

Join Jobber as a Senior Manager of Product Marketing (FinTech). You will lead and grow a team to accelerate Jobber’s FinTech business, owning the end-to-end FinTech marketing strategy and driving revenue growth across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Marketers and Lifecycle Marketers focused on FinTech growth.
• Own the end-to-end FinTech marketing strategy and associated roadmap, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities.
• Drive marketing experimentation, running tests across segments and metrics to determine what increases FinTech revenue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing plans with business goals and product initiatives.
• Bring a business-owner mindset with a strong focus on revenue impact, not only campaign execution.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Marketing, including people leadership.
• Proven ability to own and scale commercial outcomes (not just launch execution).
• Analytical approach with confidence making recommendations with incomplete information; strong bias to action.
• Ability to self-direct in ambiguous environments (build the playbook as needed).
• Passion for creating world-class customer experiences with measurable business results.
• Strong positioning and messaging skills for bringing FinTech products to life and educating/influencing internal teams.

Nice-to-have

• Strong understanding of financial services and payments business models in a high-growth SaaS context.
• Experience navigating complex, cross-functional stakeholder environments; ability to build trust quickly.
