About the role

Role overview

Remote Senior Manager of Global Human Resources to lead global people strategy for a growing international organization. You will partner with executive leadership to standardize people practices and improve the employee experience across the United States and the United Kingdom, while managing integration of acquired businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Global HR Leadership
    • Develop and execute global people strategy aligned to business objectives
    • Partner with executives on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and culture initiatives
    • Build scalable HR policies, systems, and processes for a multi-entity organization
    • Ensure consistent HR practices while meeting country-specific employment regulations
  • Organizational Integration & Change
    • Lead HR integration for acquired businesses (structures, people processes, culture)
    • Standardize compensation, benefits, job architecture, performance management, and HR policies
    • Support change management, identify efficiencies, retain key talent, and maintain engagement
    • Help build a unified culture aligned to mission and long-term vision
  • Employment Law & Compliance
    • Oversee employment compliance across the US and UK
    • Ensure HR policies and practices align with federal/state/international regulations
    • Partner with outside legal counsel on evolving employment legislation
    • Guide leadership on employee relations matters, investigations, organizational changes, and policy interpretation
  • Compensation, Benefits & Talent Strategy
    • Own global compensation philosophy, salary administration, incentives, and benefits strategy
    • Collaborate with Finance on workforce planning, budgeting, compensation analysis, and annual planning cycles
    • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
  • HR Operations & Analytics
    • Improve HR systems, reporting, and operational processes continuously
    • Create meaningful people metrics and analytics for executive decision-making
    • Ensure HR operations are scalable and efficient for ongoing growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years progressive HR experience, including leadership in a global organization
  • Demonstrated experience with both US and UK employment practices and compliance
  • Proven experience leading HR initiatives during mergers/acquisitions or organizational integration
  • Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations across jurisdictions
  • Ability to influence executive leadership while balancing strategic priorities and hands-on execution

Nice to have

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD, or similar HR certification
