Senior Manager of Finance Transformation

Role Overview

Senior Manager of Finance Transformation at PlayStation (Full remote). Lead complex, large-scale Finance transformation programs, including designing and implementing the Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) and Service Delivery Model (SDM), while owning day-to-day initiative execution and driving change adoption.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of large-scale Finance transformation programs, translating CFO vision into actionable roadmaps with FTO leadership.
• Own future-state Finance TOM and SDM as part of the transformation.
• Conduct comprehensive current-state assessments and support work activity analysis and process redesign.
• Own day-to-day execution of assigned initiatives:
  • Develop and manage project plans
  • Monitor progress and ensure disciplined delivery
• Act as a liaison between the Transformation Office and other departments.
• Serve as a primary change agent to ensure user adoption and minimize resistance (communications, training, stakeholder engagement).

Required Profile

• Strong expertise in end-to-end Finance process transformation and governance, including:
  • Record-to-Report, Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash
  • Process standardization, simplification, automation, and Global Process Ownership
• Demonstrated change management experience driving stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and sustained adoption.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, TOM/SDM, process governance, and continuous improvement.
• High digital literacy (Microsoft 365, AI-enabled productivity tools, analytics platforms, modern collaboration technologies).
• Ability to lead through influence in ambiguity and drive measurable outcomes in complex matrix organizations.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes across Finance, IT, HR, Operations, and external partners.
• Typically 10+ years leading Finance transformation programs / PMO / enterprise transformation portfolios with successful delivery of large-scale, multi-year initiatives.
• Strategic program management and execution skills; balance long-term vision with operational delivery.
• Experience with technology-enabled Finance transformations (e.g., ERP implementations, automation, AI/ML, analytics, workflow platforms).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience designing and implementing Finance TOM and SDM (current-state assessments, work activity analysis, redesign, organizational transformation).
• Experience managing external consulting/system integrators/BPO providers; Big Four or similar consulting experience is highly desirable.
• People management experience (coaching, developing, leading high-performing teams in matrixed global organizations).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication (facilitation, presentation, negotiation).
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across global regions.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior management consulting experience (Big Four or similar) supporting Finance transformation.
