Senior Manager of Deal Desk

Role Overview

Senior Manager of Deal Desk responsible for structuring, pricing, and executing complex, non-standard deals while protecting margin and ensuring compliance. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to improve deal velocity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end structuring of complex, non-standard deals, including custom pricing and multi-year arrangements
• Provide real-time deal guidance to Sales leadership to accelerate pipeline and improve close rates
• Track and analyze deal metrics, delivering actionable insights to Sales and Finance to inform commercial strategy
• Ensure deals align with revenue recognition requirements and overall compliance

Requirements

• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606)
• Experience with financial deal modeling and complex deal structuring in SaaS or enterprise software
• 7–10+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related commercial role
• Hands-on experience with CRM and CPQ/Revenue tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple high-priority deals under tight deadlines
• Proven ability to influence and align VP and C-suite stakeholders without direct authority
