Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A (Revenue Forecasting)

Role Overview

Join Thumbtack as a Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A (Revenue Forecasting). You will lead revenue and contribution margin forecasting and planning, partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, and improve FP&A systems to drive more accurate reporting and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and contribution margin forecast and planning processes, including process management, communication, and reporting
• Collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, FP&A, and analytics to ensure timely, accurate reporting and forecasts/plans
• Own and continuously improve financial models, systems, and processes to increase FP&A productivity and accuracy
• Analyze financial results and translate them into clear recommendations on key revenue/margin drivers
• Build narratives on business performance for C-suite, Board, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience
• Experience leading revenue forecasting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to “tell the story beyond the numbers”
• Ability to translate analysis into insightful recommendations
• Experience preparing performance narratives for senior stakeholders
