Senior Manager Implementation Project Mgmt Ops

Role Overview

Senior Manager, Implementation Project Management Ops provides both day-to-day and strategic leadership to a team of Implementation leaders. You will ensure successful client implementations of Paylocity products and translate company/operations goals into departmental vision, structure, and management controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client implementation process, ensuring launch readiness and launch success.
• Improve the team’s systems and documentation to support scalable implementations.
• Lead escalation management and develop strategies to help the team meet implementation goals.
• Define vision, goals, and performance expectations for your assigned teams.
• Collaborate with operations and cross-functional internal/external groups to advance team, operations, and Paylocity objectives.
• Build workforce forecasting and staffing plans for the Implementation function.
• Create training plans and support career-path development for evolving business needs.
• Develop KPIs and report KPI results to senior management.
• Capture and leverage data, partnering with systems/product development teams to build capabilities that improve customer support experiences and drive market opportunities.

• Strong problem-solving and operational leadership skills focused on delivery outcomes.
• Capability to manage client implementation projects, onboarding, training, engagement, and utilization support.
