About the role
Role Overview
Senior Manager / Director, Finance (Remote, United States)
Reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead finance strategy and operational excellence as Worldly scales its impact intelligence platform globally. You’ll partner across the organization to build analytical capabilities, support growth, and help drive sustainable, profitable expansion while staying aligned with Worldly’s public benefit mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support company growth and stakeholder value creation
- Build and evolve a high-performing analytical culture focused on continuous improvement
- Oversee investor reporting and KPI tracking across the organization
- Support business planning, forecasting, and financial modeling for executive-level decision-making
- Drive business case analyses and insights to inform product, pricing, operational, and acquisition strategies
Requirements
- 5–10 years of progressive finance experience
- Experience scaling financial operations in a fast-growth environment
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
- Familiarity/experience supporting SaaS, technology, or B2B business models (plus)
Nice to Have
- CFA designation
- Experience at a top consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or investment bank, PE, or VC firm (associate or equivalent)
- Experience working on a diverse, distributed, remote-first team
