Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.</p></div><p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Role overview:</strong> </span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">PlayStation Store is a multibillion-dollar global digital commerce platform at the center of how players discover, buy, and enjoy content - and this role shapes how the Store catalogue is planned, prioritised, and promoted. </span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;">As the Senior Manager, Catalogue Planning, you will set the strategy, experimentation and planning approach for the PlayStation Store catalogue, connecting title roadmaps, promotional moments, and commercial priorities into a clear global plan. </span><span style="color: #000000;">This role reports to the Senior Director, Planning &amp; Proposition and leads the Catalogue Planning team of 2 people. </span></p> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Define catalogue and promotional strategy.</strong> Own the annual and quarterly approach for managing and monetising the Store catalogue, setting clear commercial objectives, principles, KPIs, and guardrails for promotional activity. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Build the integrated catalogue plan.</strong> Translate DGM and partner roadmaps, revenue forecasts, contractual commitments, and activity requests into a prioritised central plan, master calendar, and sequenced delivery roadmap. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Govern priorities and execution readiness.</strong> Lead quarterly priority planning and promotional calendars. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Lead experimentation and learning.</strong> Direct the promotions experimentation agenda with Analytics, Data Science and other partners; define hypotheses and measures, evaluate results, and scale learning into catalogue and promotion decisions. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Orchestrate cross-functional delivery.</strong> Align cross-functional teams on support levels, customer journeys, localisation, dependencies, and market-specific needs. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Lead the team and operating model.</strong> Manage and develop the Catalogue Planning team members; clarify accountabilities, improve planning standards, and use automation to remove manual coordination and increase output quality. </span></li> </ul> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">A minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, pricing &amp; promotions or ecommerce roles, ideally within technology, retail, media, or digital entertainment. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">A proven record of setting promotional strategy and translating it into measurable revenue, conversion, engagement, or customer-value outcomes. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Demonstrated people leadership, including building capability, setting clear accountabilities, and creating a high-performing, inclusive team. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Advanced analytical judgement: able to interpret complex commercial and customer data, distinguish signal from noise, and use experimentation to make decisions. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Strong planning and programme leadership across annual, quarterly, and in-quarter cycles, with disciplined governance of priorities, dependencies, capacity, and delivery risk. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead across global and local teams in a complex matrix organisation. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Crisp executive communication, commercial curiosity, resilience, and a bias for action and measurable outcomes. </span></li> </ul> <p style="color: !important;"><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Desirable</strong>: </span></p> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience managing a large digital-content catalogue or marketplace, including title lifecycle, discoverability, and merchandising choices. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Hands-on experience with digital promotions, pricing mechanics, segmentation, and test-and-learn programmes. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Knowledge of games, subscription, media, or other partner-led content ecosystems. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Global-local fluency and experience balancing enterprise standards with regional and market-specific requirements. </span></li> <li><span style="color: #000000;">Higher education in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related discipline is a plus. </span></li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Benefits</strong>:</span></p> <ul> <li>Hybrid working </li> <li>Discretionary bonus opportunity </li> <li>Private Medical Insurance </li> <li>Dental Scheme </li> <li>25 days holiday per year </li> <li>On Site Gym </li> <li>Subsidised Café
