About the role
Role overview
Senior Applied Scientist / Senior Machine Learning Engineer for Consumer Applied AI & Personalization. You will own Applied ML end to end—from experimentation and modeling through to production deployment and measurable business impact (revenue, engagement, and customer experience) across a large B2C digital subscription platform.
What you’ll be working on
- Personalization & recommendation systems for digital customer journeys
- Dynamic pricing and offer optimization models
- Churn and propensity modeling for subscription products
- Consumer journey optimization using experimentation frameworks
- Applied deep learning and optimization techniques
- Reinforcement learning and decision systems (nice to have)
- Using GenAI tools to accelerate model development and experimentation
Requirements
- 6–8+ years building applied AI / machine learning in production systems
- Strong experience in B2C / consumer tech / digital subscription products
- Proven experience in at least one of:
- Personalization & recommendations
- Pricing optimization & offers
- Churn & propensity modeling
- Strong Python and SQL, plus modern ML frameworks
- Ability to work end to end from data → deployment → impact
Nice to have
- Experience with reinforcement learning, optimization, or agentic systems

- Base salary up to $210,000 + 10% annual bonus
