Join Malt as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer. You will design, build, and deliver production-grade machine learning models and pipelines, and help evolve complex ML systems while driving technical excellence across the ML lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver ML models and data/ML pipelines in collaboration with Data Science, Research, and Engineering teams.
• Own and evolve complex ML systems to ensure they are scalable, reliable, and maintainable in production.
• Drive best practices across the ML lifecycle: modeling & evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Translate complex business problems into robust ML solutions.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and deploying ML models in production.
• Strong Python skills.
• Expertise in search, recommender systems, or NLP.
