Role Overview

Senior AI Workflow Engineer / AI Platform Engineer (hands-on)

You will design and build enterprise AI workflows and agentic systems that integrate and optimize existing LLM technologies (not a model-training role). The work blends AI orchestration, full-stack engineering, and SRE practices to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI workflows and agentic systems using modern LLM platforms
• Develop production-grade AI orchestration, evaluation, and self-correcting workflows
• Build scalable infrastructure using Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and SRE best practices
• Decide when to use workflow harnesses, remote LLMs, or platforms such as ChatGPT / OpenAI
• Implement testing, evaluation loops, monitoring, and prompt optimization strategies
• Partner with product and business teams to rapidly prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks while keeping workflows adaptable across evolving LLM providers
• Incorporate AI security, governance, and information security best practices into workflows

Required Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering background with full-stack and SRE experience
• Hands-on experience building production AI workflows or agentic AI systems
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes deployment experience
• Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, prompting, evaluation loops, and workflow optimization
• Experience building scalable, reliable, and secure production systems
• Ability to work independently and solve ambiguous business problems without detailed specifications

• Domain experience in real estate, finance, debt markets, or valuation systems
• Passion for emerging AI technologies and continuous experimentation
• Interest in applying AI to business operations and workflows
